# Current delivery attribution — the current revision / 0.1.28

This release dynamically links independently built FFmpeg 8.1.2 under
LGPL-2.1-or-later (GPL/nonfree/version3 disabled), with an optional runtime-loader
patch distributed under the same LGPL terms alongside its matching sources.
OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc.
The unchanged official OpenH264 2.6.0 binary is downloaded directly from Cisco
to each user's device, with enable/disable/re-enable controls in General settings.
No OpenH264 codec binary is included in the app ZIP or installer. Its full binary
license and limited patent conditions accompany the app. The added bzip2,
libbz2-rs-sys, rustls-native-certs and schannel notices are in the Rust inventory.
No libx264 binary is distributed, and saved
x264 selections are not silently converted to another encoder.

Current notices, exact sources, build configurations, component inventories,
CEF's actual generated credits and LGPL replacement information accompany the
application in `licenses/index.html` and `licenses/README.md`. Preserve the
entire bundle. an earlier revision verified unchanged Rust/npm resolved graphs, verified MPL
source archives, traced the retained CEF vendor distribution by pinned hashes,
and replaced the legacy Direct3D 8 declaration headers with pinned BSD-2-Clause
d3d8to9 headers. Only API/type declarations are used; its translator is not linked.
See `licenses/native/d3d8to9`, `licenses/cef/PROVENANCE.md` and
`docs/legal/CLOSED_SOURCE_DISTRIBUTION_AR.md` for evidence and remaining issues.
This is not an unconditional legal certification or proof of every line's origin.

## Historical attribution — an earlier revision / 0.1.4 (superseded for current codecs)

The former DirectShow capture wrapper and virtual-camera device/transport implementation, including files attributed to OBS contributors, were retired from the production source tree in an earlier revision. Original files and their notices are preserved in the local migration archive. The new Windows COM input/source filter, frame protocol and animated standby renderer were implemented for RDGAMER in `engine/rdg-windows-video` and `engine/rdg-camera`.

This does not mean that every dependency is authored by RDGAMER. Current external library/SDK rights include LGPL FFmpeg, Chromium/CEF, Detours, Vulkan, RNNoise and GPU API declarations; notices and selected configurations identify what is actually distributed. No libx264 binary is distributed. Direct3D8 API declarations now use the pinned BSD-2-Clause d3d8to9 headers; the translator implementation is not included. Windows APIs and WebView2 remain platform dependencies. CEF license/credits resources and the project's existing `COPYING` file are preserved.

No OBS engine, libobs link, OBS module loader, OBS plugin DLL or OBS source-tree build is configured in the production package. Historical reports and legacy configuration migration strings refer to earlier releases. The current build/source/import audit is recorded in `reports/an earlier revision/independence-audit.json`; it checks known OBS implementation/API dependencies and is not a universal legal authorship certification.

## the current revision source and brand corrections

The exact missing Chromium dictionary source checkout, vendor CEF SDK source,
explicit covered-file subsets and pinned build scripts accompany the CEF source
map. See cef/SOURCE_MAP.json and cef/build-reference/README.md. The vendor
binary is unchanged and no independent full Chromium build is asserted.

The standalone YouTube mark now opens YouTube. TikTok uses a generic streaming
icon; its official logo is not bundled by the UI because written permission is
not recorded. Platform integrations and account data were not changed.
