an earlier revision: FFmpeg 8.1.2 has an LGPL-2.1-or-later optional OpenH264 runtime-loader modification. Original upstream archive plus unified patch and complete modified files are supplied in ffmpeg-openh264-dynamic/. Build instructions are included there. The OpenH264 DLL is not a mandatory FFmpeg import. OpenH264 2.6.0: the actual unchanged Cisco Windows x64 binary is separately downloaded to each user's device; it is not shipped in the ZIP or installer. Its BSD API headers and source archive remain as external build/reference materials. Full binary license is supplied in native/OpenH264-Cisco-BINARY-LICENSE.txt. libaom 3.11.0, SRT 1.5.4, libRIST 0.2.11, Mbed TLS 2.28.10: unmodified upstream sources, build settings supplied. Mbed TLS uses the Apache-2.0 license option. Its GPL alternative is not selected. Zlib 1.3.1: Windows consumer header guard patch in zconf.h.cmakein; original source and patch included. AMF 1.4.36: C++ declaration guard in DisplayCapture.h, so C consumers can include it; original source and patch included. No AMF encoder algorithm or native capture source changed. libRIST DLL import library is additionally copied as rist.lib to match the pkg-config -lrist spelling on MSVC; DLL name/ABI unchanged. FFmpeg and static codec dependencies use the dynamic MSVC CRT (/MD), matching the original application SDK.
