FFmpeg 8.1.2 is independently built with GPL/nonfree/version3 disabled and
provided as shared libraries under LGPL-2.1-or-later. OpenH264 2.6.0 (BSD)
is the explicit software H.264 backend for MP4 clips and exports. x264 is not
included. Exact sources, build information, notices and library replacement
instructions accompany runtime/licenses/.
No Python, model service, cloud API or paid subscription is required at runtime.
