Matching third-party library sources for RDGAMER 0.1.28 are distributed separately in RDGAMER-Library-Sources-0.1.28.zip, alongside the installer. They are optional for running the application. Extract that archive into the application folder to restore the runtime/licenses/sources directory. Full notices, licenses and local build/patch instructions remain included in the installer.
