About these terms
These terms govern use of the RDGAMER STUDIO website, desktop software and account-connection service, operated by the RDGAMER STUDIO project. By using the service you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: red.max42@outlook.com.
Permission to use and ownership
You receive a non-exclusive permission to install and use the official software for lawful recording and streaming, including your own professional content. The project retains its rights in the application’s original code, design and branding. You retain your rights in your own content. Third-party components have their own licenses, available on the Licenses page; these terms do not override rights those licenses or applicable law give you.
Your responsibilities
Use only accounts, devices and content you are entitled to use. Obtain any permissions needed to record or broadcast other people’s voices, images, screens, games, music or other material. Meet the age and eligibility rules of each platform and applicable law; obtain a parent’s or guardian’s authorization where required. You are responsible for your source selection, stream destinations, privacy settings and actions performed through your connected accounts.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, malicious code, credential theft, spam or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Do not misrepresent a modified or unofficial build as an official RDGAMER release. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse of the connection service.
Platforms and connected services
TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube and other providers control their own accounts, permissions, API access, streaming eligibility and moderation. Their terms apply to your use of their services. Features can change or become unavailable when a provider changes its service or your authorization expires. Using YouTube features also means agreeing to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Platform names do not imply endorsement or an official partnership.
Updates, backups and availability
The app can check for updates and notify you. Downloading and installing an update requires your action and can restart the app; stop active outputs first. Keep backups of important projects and recordings. We work to maintain the software and connection service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every game/device, specific stream quality or that automated Highlights will identify every useful moment.
Free software and optional support
The published software is currently provided free of charge without a subscription or paid feature unlock. Donations through Ko-fi are optional and do not buy platform permissions or a guarantee of future functionality. External donation/payment services apply their own transaction terms; RDGAMER does not collect card details inside the application.
Service limits and lawful rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and service are provided as available without a promise that they are error-free or fit every purpose. You remain responsible for safeguarding content and checking outputs before public broadcasting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may restrict misuse of the hosted connection service where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or platform requirements.
Disconnection, changes and contact
You may stop using the service, disconnect platform accounts and uninstall the app. Local recordings remain under your control; provider-held content follows that provider’s deletion process. Read the Privacy Policy for account-data and deletion requests. Changes to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date; additional notice or agreement will be used where required.
